Our 2025 honorees are comprised of individuals from various industries, backgrounds, and talents. This year’s class represents the broad blend of diversity that makes up our great region and highlights the exciting future the Rockford Region has before it. As the 7th class of 40 Under 40, our honorees join a distinguished group of 240 professionals who are working to make the Rockford Region an outstanding place to live, work, learn and play every day.

Candidates must have distinguished themselves in their professional field or organization, be engaged citizens, and provide leadership by volunteering their time and talents to community groups and causes. Candidates were required to be 39 years of age or younger as of December 31, 2025 and live or work in Winnebago, Boone, Ogle or Stephenson counties.
